This is a FTE position (40 hours/week) and reports to the board of directors.

  • Ensure 自行车在一起 meets annual 筹款 goals

    • Individual donor stewardship, solicitations, campaigns, and 筹款 events 
    • Grant management, writing, prospecting, and reporting

    • 3+ years experience with 工作人员 supervision and team leadership
    • Experience creating and maintaining collaborative, inclusive and learning-focused work culture

  • 3+ years active nonprofit 筹款 experience, including success cultivating and maintaining individual donor programs and success securing and maintaining foundation funding

  • Social Enterprise and/or Small Business management experience
