治理原则

理事机构成员, 通常是董事会或理事会, 一定要意识到与自己工作相关的法律信义义务:注意义务, 忠诚的义务, 以及服从的义务. Colorado law requires directors to discharge their duties to the nonprofit in good faith; with the caer an ordinarily prudent person in a like position would exercise under similar circumstances; and in a manner they reasonably believe to be in the best interests of the nonprofit.
